Shijuhatte Sword

The Shijuhatte, also referred to as the Japanese Kamasutra, is an art of love form that originated from the Indian Kamasutra, which was compiled around 300 AD. Through the transmission of Buddhism, the Kamasutra was introduced to other parts of East Asia including Japan. The Japanese Kamasutra derives from the Chinese interpretation of the Kamasutra, which replaced some of the more acrobatic positions which more comfortable ones. Depicted throughout this hand-crafted sword are the various positions of the Kamasutra hand-etched and engraved throughout the scabbard and handle. This limited production sword features gold, silver and bronze accents and a ceremonial handle.
