54" Handmade Naginata

This is 53" Full Tang Hand Forged Carbon Steel Sharped Naginata Warrior Sword Song Pudao.  The Pudao was the Chinese infantry's solution to mounted attacks. The massive blade and long handle of the Pudao was able to cleave through the legs of a horse, thus giving the Pudao its name of the "Horse Cutter." In the hands of a trained Martial Artist, the Pudao is a deadly force. The blade of the Pudao has been hand made with blackened carbon steel and a double Bo-Hi. The blade comes slightly sharpened. The guard is a solid disk blackened steel built tough. The handle of the Pudao is wooden with three cotton wrapped grips. The Pudao ends with a cotton wrapped steel ring.
